- All Ayurvedic products are subject to availability
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST
- Prices may change without notice
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

- All products are 100% natural and authentic Ayurvedic formulations
Payment Terms
We accept payments via Razorpay with the following methods:

- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Selected areas only
All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Delivery & Shipping
- We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges of ₹100 apply for orders below ₹999
- We ship across India
- Tracking information is provided via email/SMS
- All products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness
Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- For cancellations, email support@realmedicure.com
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

- We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy on all products
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality
